The following terms and conditions apply when hiring a water taxi from Darling Harbour Water Taxis. (DHWT)

Cancellation fees. DHWT reserves the right to charge cancellation fees to the credit card supplied at the time of the booking confirmation.
These charges include but are not limited to;
100% of the quoted fare where cancellation occurs on the day of the confirmed booking date.
50% of the quoted fare where the cancellation occurs on the day before the confirmed booking date.
Special event days, public holidays, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Australia Day, carry a three 3 working day 100% cancellation policy.

Please note if you do not cancel or fail to show at the booked time or location the water taxi may only wait for 15 minutes and you will be charged for 100% of the fare.

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing and emailed to bookings@watertaxis.net.au
The cancellation or change is not effective until acknowledged by DHWT.
 
DHWT reserves the right to charge a waiting fee of $2.50 per minute after the first five minutes for each waiting water taxi hired. Please ensure you and your guests arrive early to avoid this charge. Any waiting time charged will be charged separately on the credit card provided at the time of booking.

All credit cards will be charged a 5% processing fee. To avoid this charge please contact us to use alternate payment methods.

Cruise time includes time taken to relocate to the pickup point from Darling Harbour.
All fares are based on the number of passengers travelling or the amount of passengers booked for, which ever is greater.
